We have a comprehensive training and supervision package that we offer to our staff to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to provide the support that young people need.

Director and Founder since 1999

Psychology graduate, experienced residential support worker, interest in attachment and parenting, hands on director who enjoys working directly with young people. Believes that young people should be given the opportunities to be the best they can be.

Kirsty Masheter

Registered Service Manager

Manager since 2006

Graduated with a BA degree in Social Work Studies in 2002, worked as a teaching assistant within a PRU and with adults with learning difficulties. Worked as a senior in a residential children’s home primarily working within a 1:1 support for complex and high need children. Has a passion to provide young people with the skills they need to live independently and empower them to fulfil ambitions and to have a happy and healthy future.

Former School Governor

Assistant Manager since 2016

NVQ3 in Health and social care. Has worked with young people for 20 years. Experienced senior residential worker, previous local authority/Children’s services therapeutic practitioner. Has a keen interest in working with young people with ASD.

Previous management experience. Keen interest in working with young people with learning disabilities and mental health issues. Working towards NVQ3 in children and young people.

Senior Outreach Worker since 2015

NVQ3 in health and social care. Experience of working within a residential therapeutic community. Worked as a teaching assistant in various posts specialising in learning disabilities. Interest in working with young people who demonstrate sexually harmful behaviour and unaccompanied asylum seeking children.

Qualified youth worker with experience of working with disengaged young people. Previously worked in a secondary school managing disruptive behaviour. Experience of working in a youth centre. School governor.

 

 
 

Donna Hussey

Outreach Worker since 2021

Donna has over 25 years experience in care and has worked within many sectors including, learning disabilities, elderly care and mental health. NVQ level 3 in Health and social care as well as NVQ level 2 in mental health.

Donna is focussed  in supporting young people to develop their independence and life skills which will provide them with the tools they need to have a productive happy and fulfilled life.

 

Donna Bruno-Jones

Outreach Worker since 2022

Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care. Donna is an experienced support worker previously working with young adults with a variety of needs.

Donna has worked as a Community Liaison Officer providing support to families and their communities.

Donna is interested in working with young people and supporting them to achieve independence.

 

Lynsey Boye

Outreach Worker since 2024

Advanced GNVQ in Health and Social Care .

Experienced project worker across London Borough High Schools delivering projects to under achieving young people at risk of not progressing after year 11, supporting them move into positive destinations.

Experienced in assisting within the Early years sector.

Varied office experience gained within fostering teams, education, legal and finance. Loves working with spreadsheets.

Utilities & Administration Assistant, AQA Co-Ordinator since 2017

Diploma Level 3 in Children and young people’s workforce. Previously worked as a supervisor within a pre-school.

 
 

 

Our experienced support workers come from a variety of backgrounds.

To include working within secure residential settings, residential homes, foster care, parenting projects and education.

We also have access to trained counsellors and a team of fully trained bank staff.
