Admission Criteria
Our Admission criteria is as follows:
Applications will be individually risk assessed.
1.
There is a need for the Young Person to live independently and develop transferable lifelong skills.
2.
The young person wishes to move into semi-independent living, but they need support to enable them to reach full independence and maximise their potential.
3.
Funding must be in place for young people before we can arrange an interview. Please contact us for availability and costings.
